I am so sorry for being MIA for so long, but I have spent the last week in new computer hell. Trying to learn Windows 7, getting all my programs loaded, and working and most of all, trying to find a way to get rid of the invasion of pop ups, ads, redirects, and flashing advertisements. It was really horrible, trying to find a way to get all the ad malware off my computer. I had to wonder were it came from.
Finally, after tearing my hair out for four days straight, I found a two programs that seems to clean most of the problems: Junk Removal Tool, and Malwarebytes. They are both free, but Malwarebytes has a paid version that costs $24.95. I am still not completely redirect and ad free, but at least it is a tolerable level.
My official opinion of Windows 7 is that it stinks. If anyone reading this has any suggestions on programs for cleaning this computer, please leave me a comment.
