This coating mix can be used on just about anything, it isn't just for chicken. I have used it on pork chops, potato wedges, cauliflower florets. and slices of squash. Really anything that can be breaded and fried can be breaded in this mixture and baked in the oven. I use it to make chicken nuggets all the time, they are so yummy and much lower calorie than the ones you would buy at the store or a fast food restaurant.

Directions:
Mix together in a plastic bag and shake to mix
Drop wet chicken (or other item) pieces in and shake to coat
Place the coated item on a foil lined cookie sheet
Bake at 385 degrees for 50 minutes to an hour for meat, and 30 to 45 minutes for vegetables
Unused portions of this mix should bet thrown away, if it was in the bag with raw meat or chicken. This mix can be made and put in a jar and given as a gift. It's shelf life is about 6 months, so don't give it away in gallon jars. :-)
Till next time,
Jade :)
