Would you like to simplify your gift giving this year? It is possible, with a little organization. An hour of your time and a simple form, or calendar, can help you out all year. Listing who you need to buy for, by month, can not only help you budget and prepare, but it can also help you remember gift giving events, so that you don't miss any and cause hurt feelings. If you have a calendar with large squares, you can use that, but I prefer to make mine on the computer and keep it on my desktop. My form, with a few examples, looks something like this: |

As you can see, it is a simple form to make. If it is the first time you are making a form, you may need to make a few calls to get birth dates, but once you have made one list, you can just transfer the dates to a new list every year. It really helps to budget in gift buying, because you can see at a glance how many gifts you need to buy each month and can work it in with the household expenses.
