Over the last few years, I have found myself using tortillas more and more. I use them instead of bread for sandwiches. (otherwise known as "wraps") I toast them in a bowl shape and put salad in them. Of course there are tons of Mexican food applications like soft tacos, enchiladas, tostadas, etc. I have also toasted them in triangles for a crunchy snack, either with salt or with cinnamon sugar. Their uses are endless! But, as always with stuff that is good, they are not that cheap, so I decided to learn to make my own. I was shocked at how simple it was.
