Day 2 of Dog Week

First, you need to buy a woven fabric dog collar. Make sure it is not made of plastic, or woven with plastic threads because it needs to be porous to soak up the oils. Next you make the mixture to soak the collar in. Ingredients:

Instructions:
- Thoroughly mix the ingredients in a shallow bowl.
- Place the collar in the bowl, making sure every part of the collar is coated.
- Soak for 30 minutes.
- Remove and let dry until the collar is not greasy feeling, at least one day.
- Save the mixture and re-soak the collar once a month.
