Are you surprised at how easy it is? I know I was. You can sweeten it with things other than dates. You can use honey, agave nectar, or sugar. I usually use coconut palm sugar or honey. You can also flavor your almond milk in a variety of ways that are really delicious.
Chocolate milk - add 1 teaspoon cocoa to the blender
Fruit flavored milk - add 1/4 cup fresh strawberries, peaches, bananas or any other fruit that you like to the blender
Cinnamon milk - add 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon to the blender
You can also flavor your almond milk by adding flavored coffee cream to it. I like to add pumpkin spice coffee creamer to mine, it is absolutely delicious and perfect for fall!
